Retrospec is a non-profit making organization that is into promoting and upholding African Traditional heritage and culture and of also guiding the youth into taking up right professions and therefore doesn't have a cardinal interest of profit making.

with the background of non profit making, we shall always prepare accounts by using the funds system of accounting, preparation of receipt, payments and expenditure.

in addition we shall not transact business with the view of profit making though from time to time we may venture into income generating activities which may come in as a last resort in realizing some programmes,

Focused on Societal Practices

Retrospec is working with the communities and societies thereby promoting good aspects of their depleting culture, livelihood and family re-unions through a series of activities such as festivals, drama and dance, dressing and fashion and many others that go a long way to maintain and uphold our African Traditional heritage.

it is a fact that it will be almost impossible to achieve our objectives without collaborating with other organizations. our core beliefs is team work with effective management and partnership as an effective building block.
